The location was magnificent, relatively close to Michaelmas Cay. It was located in an awesome area. The restaurant was wonderful at both the bar and restaurant, I tried tasty dishes. The bed was very clean and the bathroom was good-sized, I had a great trip there.

Beautiful grand old place with caring employees on the excellent service given by the room cleaning staff. Had magnificent and perfect location in the Coco restaurant, close to a cathedral and an art gallery. Good food in the in-house restaurant in the vicinity.

Thanks very much guys for a perfect stay for 1 night. The units are newly remodelled, romantic in level 14. The location is marvellous and lovely, at a medium distance from Cairns Aquarium. It is in an impressive area. The hotel's restaurant is excellent for both lunch and dinner.

Fabulous hotel with welcoming personnel and gorgeous view of the marina. Great and lovely location close to everything that we wanted. Also - next to the pier, the lagoon, all the nice restaurants and ferry to board and a walk from the convention centre and close to the yacht club.

Spotless and airy room with adequate storage and an iron; and with comfortable decor. Great and fab location to The Pier Shopping Centre.

Great location, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Green Island. Adequate storage, a balcony, and an iron available in the suite.

Also - next to the restaurants, bars and shops, Close to bars, and Green Island in the distance. Spotless and freshly renovated room in level 14 as expected. Wonderful breakfast with good choice of options to choose from.

Fairly clean place to stay with excellent and amiable staff on the excellent service given by the room cleaning staff. The breakfast except for the coffee. Good and perfect location for our visit to an indoor market approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel. Honestly no reason to complain.

Beautiful grand old and high-class hotel that has extremely helpful staff on the excellent service given by the room cleaning staff. The venue is placed in a central position in the restaurant which for $ 42.

The hotel is impressive and clean, has gorgeous views over the marina. It offers spotless and airy rooms, and has very good staff with excellent service.

Fairly clean hotel with consistently courteous staff and awesome food. Good sized room overall, with views to through the nearby buildings to the water. Marina area, marvellous and lovely location, near to the waterfront and quiet and the Esplanade and boardwalk or the local central shopping centre and one market. Cool drinks at poolside bar, friendly service.

The breakfast here was generous and substantial with a fresh juicer and vegetable and every taste. Location: the hotel was close enough to the port as well as bars, restaurant and main attractions in the city. There was an in-house restaurant nearby.

Well, the area was very disappointing overall.

Enjoyed our stay and location of the hotel, and would definitely return here. Thanks very much everyone for a real good stay in everyway possible during our visit. The lobby restaurant was good and their staff was amazingly nice.

The pool area was absolutely amazing, perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun. The architecture of the hotel was stunning and added to the overall ambiance. Our room was well-maintained and comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. Additionally, the location of the hotel was ideal, with easy access to the wharf and restaurants.

We had an amazing time at this place with a wonderful location and dedicated staff members.
